Meet The Docs Dr. Chelsea Moe In 2012, I graduated from Life University in Marietta, Georgia with a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree after completing a 4-year intensive program. I also earned my Bachelor of Science degree at Life. I am board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and I am a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and the International Chiropractors Association (ICA).
