Tokyo Cowboy is a new restaurant concept located at 135 E. Commerce St. The menu, developed by Ben Cachila and his chef team from Austin, is Asian-inspired, casual, comforting, unpretentious, and accessible. The name comes from a wildly popular pop-up concept developed by Ben and his restaurant group. The restaurant space sits on a vibrant block of the San Antonio Riverwalk, located above crowd favorite tiki bar, Hugman’s Oasis as well as Riverwalk staple The Esquire Tavern .
