Who We Are At Wild Thyme, we handcraft delicious, local, and seasonal cuisine without global boundaries. The Wild Thyme Company was founded in 2005, by Dawn Carvajal, working to create “Borderless Cuisine” without global boundaries. Most of what we do is custom by client request. We have an extensive and diverse epicurean background within our culinary management team and appreciate any opportunity to research and prepare various types of cuisine across the board.
