about The Lobster Shack opened it's doors in summer 2016, in Westport Connecticut. We serve fresh, seafood specialties at our take-out only restaurant. The Lobster Shack is owned by Bill Rizzuto, owner of Rizzuto's . Bill grew up on the waters of Long Island, working summers as a mate on a charter fishing boat in Montauk. His entire family share a love of the sea and especially fishing. They also love food and to cook.
