About Us Who We Are About Our Restaurant Supreme Seafood was built and opened in 1989 by Vinny Caprio and Ralph Amend ola. 35 years later it was purchased by two friends and restaurant professionals who were looking to start a restaurant group while utilizing all the knowledge they had gained in the combined 70+ years of their restaurant and hospitality careers. We use only the highest quality seafood being delivered fresh every day in all our menu items.
