Shimogamo is an authentic Japanese restaurant that was founded in 2003. The restaurant aims to serve native Japanese food with respect to the authenticity and quality of the culinary culture. Now managed by the founder's daughter and her husband, who are professionally trained as a sommelier and fine dining kitchen chef.
