In 2021, the idea transformed into action and the duo opened Seaside Power Yoga in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, FL. Seaside Power Yoga is a space for real connection and community. Inspired by that, our classes are suited to all levels; we encourage exploration & growth while developing students strength and flexibility.
