ABOUT THE OWNER A native of Jacksonville, Florida who loves people, service and mentoring Janice is a graduate of Roffler’s Hair Design School in Jacksonville Florida. She received her Barber- Stylist Diploma in December 1989. She continued her education at Dudley Cosmetology University in Greensboro, North Carolina, and received her Cosmetology Certification. After opening her salon in June 1993, she returned to Dudley Cosmetology University for her Bachelor’s Degree in Cosmetology.
