About Us Our founder Ashley Baldwin started working in the mental health field in 2012 after graduating from Eastern University with a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. She has always had an interest working in this field due to her ability to make an impact on other people's lives. There's something very special about the work that she is honored to do everyday. Additionally, Ashley has expanded her practice to include some pretty cool colleagues as well. Our motto is: Find Hope.
