Our Mission Our mission is to use the transformative power of music to effect positive social change for the students most in need of access, opportunity and inspiration. Project Music was founded in July of 2014 by music educators Garrett Mendez, Ian Taylor and board members Joyce DiCamillo, Christel Truglia and Mort Lowenthal.
