Polaris is a rotating restaurant and lounge located atop the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. It has been part of Atlanta since 1967 and is known for its Civil Rights history and support of black-owned small businesses. The restaurant features wines, spirits, and other products sourced from local purveyors and also has rooftop honeybees that produce honey for signature dishes and cocktails.
