our roots 16 years after meeting at Oakland's Oliveto Restaurant and a 10 year break from restaurants, Joel Bleskacek and Maxine Siu decided to take their shared love for food and wine a step further. In April 2010, they stumbled upon a vacant architect studio in their very own Potrero Hill neighborhood and construction began shortly thereafter.
