Pho Ben Founding & history Phở Ben is a family-owned Vietnamese restaurant that opened in 2012 in Sugar Land, Texas. With over 30 years of experience in the phở business, a dedicated Vietnamese immigrant couple turned their lifelong dream into reality, bringing traditional Vietnamese cuisine to Houston. Before opening Phở Ben, they owned a phở restaurant in Little Saigon on Bellaire.
