About Store Manager Christopher Roe I have been in the Pawn Shop industry for 20 years and I have been a a manger for Pawn Max for 10 years. In my spare time I enjoy coaching my son’s baseball teams, spending time with family and collecting tools. Asst Manager Melissa Szwed I have been in the Pawn Shop industry for 14 years. I got started into this business because of my sisters. My hobbies include spending time with my children, bowling, swimming and gardening.
