The original owner Ahmad Nasser from the West Bank, opened the restaurant in 2005. He wanted to bring a piece of the Holy Land to our beloved San Francisco. Over the years, he has successfully created a neighborhood restaurant. He later brings on one of his dearest friends Hajem Almukdad from Syria, as a business partner.
