About Us Martial Arts Instruction in Dallas, TX At My Martial Arts, we provide instruction for everyone. My Martial Arts, founded in 2016 by Tony Rios, is the first facility in North Texas to provide an Adaptive Fitness/Martial Arts program to children and adults living with special needs. Our Adaptive programs have been developed to serve people who live with physical and developmental challenges and give them an opportunity to learn in a comfortable and challenging setting.
