Our Story Jacob and Rachael have been on a journey to live life to the fullest and help others do the same. After leaving his software career to support Rachael in building and launching her business platform, Jacob found himself seeking a new purpose. The notion of starting a brewery had always lingered in the back of his mind, but it truly surfaced during a vacation in the stunning Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.
