Morelia Ice Cream Paletas was started by friends who wanted to create the best ice cream experience. Inspired by Mexican paletas, they embarked on a journey to create extraordinary paletas with unique flavors and high-quality ingredients. They opened their first location in Coral Gables, Miami, in October 2016.
