In August 2024, we opened the doors to Masa Taco Bar in downtown Stamford, CT — the sister restaurant to Chicho’s Cocina, located at 351 Shippan Avenue. However, our story begins 30 years ago back to 1995. In 1995, Robert's parents opened the doors to their restaurant, Flamboyant, in Stamford. The family restaurant, which operated in Stamford from 1995 to 2025, was where Robert grew up — it was his childhood home and the place that sparked his lifelong passion for food.
