About
The Literacy Council of Frederick County has provided a diversity of English language services for more than five decades. They believe that literacy should be attainable for everyone, offering access to resources, employment advancement, and community engagement. Through volunteers, partnerships, and donors, they provide adult learners with literacy services in various settings.
