Our History and Philosophy Immigration Law Office’s reception area Our office opened in May 2003 in a 2 room, 500 sq. ft. space in Fresno. It wasn’t very long after that we had to move into a bigger office. Before we knew it, we were on the way becoming a household name in the Central Valley. In 2023, after practicing immigration law in California for 20 years, we decided to open a second office in Groton, CT. What has never changed since day one, however, is our mission.
