HOAX BREWING CO. Owners Sean Ricci and Austin Scott met while working at beer bars together. Their passion for brewing began with a 5-gallon pot and late nights in Ricci’s kitchen. Ricci says, “We built a draft system and turned my garage into a bar so we could host parties and have our friends try our beer.” After falling in love with the process and the art of beer the boys needed to learn more, to become better, to master their craft.
