Haberdish is a mill town southern kitchen and craft cocktail bar. They serve up southern inspired food centered around the history of the mill town of North Charlotte (now known as NoDa), including ingredients, cooking techniques, and recipes from grandma’s garden and kitchen. They offer a potluck family gathering style of service with meats, vegetables, and sides.
