About Us Greater Hartford Physical Therapy, P.C. was incorporated on September 1, 1987 as a professional corporation registered in the state of Connecticut to provide outpatient physical therapy. GHPT began as a single office in the West End of Hartford and has since opened additional offices in South Windsor (1992), Bloomfield (1995), the South End of Hartford (1999), and Southington (2007).
