Golden Tiger Kung Fu & Extended Learning Academy teaches Taolu Wushu, a no-contact, performance-based form of Kung Fu focused on mastering traditional forms and weapons. Their training helps students build confidence, learn self-discipline, self-improvement, and mental focus. Shifu Mei is a 7-time National Martial Arts champion.
