Where Food Brings People Together Our Story At Gather55, every plate tells a story of connection, care, and community. We’re more than a restaurant; we’re a social enterprise of Hands On Hartford , built on the belief that food has the power to bring people together. For more than 40 years, Hands On Hartford has provided free meals to neighbors in need. Before the pandemic, we also ran the Café at Fifty-Five, where proceeds supported our programs.
