The original owner, Lou Iandoli, opened Garden Poultry in the heart of Greenwich, CT. In 1978, he opened our flagship location on Sound Beach Avenue under the name of Garden Catering and a legend was born. Sadly, Mr. Iandoli passed away in 1989 but his legacy continued. Nugget lovers rejoiced as Frank Carpenteri Sr.
