About Us Owner Steven Totilo is not just a contractor and business owner, but a family man. In 2011 he became the proud father of twin girls, Alyssa and Ava. And in 2014 they welcomed their 3rd child, a baby boy named James Joseph. Steven is also a graduate of St. John’s University with a BS in Accounting. He is a man who prides himself on being loyal, honest and hardworking. He truly loves what he does and it shows in his work.
