nice to meet you Harper’s Ice Cream was founded by Chris Perotti & Ryan Pollock in 2018 while working together in the Brewerytown section of Philadelphia at Rybrew. We wanted to provide a locally sourced ice cream with homemade ingredients to the neighborhood and started by selling select scoops and pints through the shop. Soon after we began partnering with other local retail shops, markets & cafes who shared the same ideals.
