The cats at Fat Cat Creamery handcraft unique, small-batch ice cream with local ingredients. Fat Cat Creamery is woman-owned and operated. We make everything completely from scratch, from the ice cream itself to the goodies mixed in. Our ice cream is Texas whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, egg yolks, and fine flavorings. We never do anything the easy way, only the best way. We use environmentally-friendly and compostable packaging like sugarcane fiber cups, compostable spoons and agave straws.
