Contact Us Our History Best Collateral traces its roots over a century ago back to 1903 in San Francisco, California. The company operated continuously and incorporated under the name Best Collateral in 1993, with two stores serving San Francisco. Robert, our current owner and president, started as the Chief Financial Officer and helped to grow Best Collateral’s footprint, adding stores to serve thousands of customers throughout the Sacramento and San Francisco Bay Areas.
