Sweet Melissa Café was established in 1999 and is the only restaurant in Wyoming that guarantees a 100% vegetarian menu. They offer a wide variety of vegan and gluten-sensitive options. In December 2009, the business expanded and the adjacent bar, Front Street Tavern, was added.
