WELCOME TO ELM STREET TATTOO Elm Street Tattoo was opened in 1996 by Oliver Peck and Dean Williams creating a tattoo shop with a standard above the rest. It has operated non-stop since then! Owner Oliver Peck still tattoos there part-time, throw several events throughout the year, and host guest artists from all over the world in their shop. Currently there is a rotating cast of artists, who are skilled in many styles from American Traditional, Traditional Japanese, line work and Black & Gray.
