Owned by neon artist Fred Caplan the shop is located in Hamden, Ct. The shop not only continues to take on new clients with new projects but also restores sold beer and vintage soda signs. Using all the tools of the neon trade, Elm City Neon especially enjoys bringing customers’ old neon works back to life.
