Edgar's Bakehouse aims to bring authentic French-style pastries to Augusta. Their menu includes a wide range of coffee, artisanal loaves of bread, pastries, and sandwiches, all made from scratch in-house with attention to detail. It is part of Edgar's Hospitality Group, providing experiential learning opportunities for students in the School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts at Helms College.
