About Dr. Lisa A. Barker DC About Me ” My love and joy of practicing chiropractic has continued to grow since graduating cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 1999. Prior to joining Hartsburg Chiropractic Health Center LLC in 2012, I owned Appalachian Chiropractic and Wellness LLC. In 2003, I received my fellowship in pediatric and prenatal care from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. I am also certified in the Webster technique.
