Dim Sum Garden specializes in Shanghai-style dim sum, particularly Xiao Long Bao (Chinese steamed soup dumplings). Head Chef Shizhou Da brought her family's original recipe to the US and has over 30 years of experience making fresh, traditional dim sum. They also offer beer and wine and are available for large group reservations and private events.
