About About Us DeMassa Appliance Service Ralph DeMassa began DeMassa Appliance Service in 1980 out of his garage and has been at the Main Avenue store since 1982! In 2019, his daughter Tracey DeMassa-Lee joined the team with the intention of carrying on the family business someday after Ralph retires. While Tracey runs the day-to-day operations, Ralph is focused on working in the shop, sharing his knowledge, as well as assisting with training and enhancing our systems.
