About Us We are centrally located at 338 State Street in North Haven, behind the popular State Street Diner, near the North Haven/Hamden line. We have a 3800 square feet facility with enough space to conduct multiple classes at the same time. With ample lighted parking, we also have space to conduct training outside during the warmer weather. Our facility has all new equipment for you to enjoy and get you into the best shape of your life. The gym is close to I-91 and Route 15.
