About Us Owners, Jeff and Angie Bridges, have resided in the Stone Oak area for over 21 years. Prior to the birth of Copa Wine Bar, they began as a wine and liquor store. Copa owners, the Bridges, are also the proud pioneers of the beloved Fiesta event, Taste of Northside! Their Wine Bar and Tasting Room is the perfect spot to call home after work, or for your night out, bachelorette party, or wedding shower.
