About Us Years ago, I was a university professor in Education and Psychology and taught primarily online courses. The online work gave me the flexibility to travel the world and teach on my laptop at coffee shops that had Wi-Fi connection. People-watching, socializing, and enjoying the exposure to unique and delicious coffees in Central America, South America, and Southeast Asia prompted me to open my own coffee shop.
