About Us Civil Pour Coffee + Beer is a specialty coffee shop, rotating tap beer bar, panini sandwich maker, and pastry seller. OUR PASSIONS We’re passionate about finding the best coffee and beer, anywhere in the world. We’ve sampled 150+ coffee roasters products, but only about 10% have made the cut. We’re meticulous about which beers we put on draft. We don’t focus exclusively on Texas beer, and instead opt for the best beers we can find, across a wide variety of styles.
