About Carmen Rosa’s Bakery A native of Dominican Republic, Carmen Rosa migrated to the United States with the optimistic hope of building a legacy that would significantly make an impact in the lives of others. After settling down in the US and starting a family, she decided on a life of entrepreneurship, merging her love for baking and her passion for art. She took a baking class in New York City and started to bake at home for her friends and family for their special events.
