About
About A Love For Learning Starts Here Capitol Child Development Center (CCDC) offers full-year full-day early care and education for children 8 weeks through 5 years of age from diverse communities in the Greater Hartford area. We were founded in 1987 as a model employer-sponsored childcare program by the Connecticut General Assembly. In the decades since, we have fostered the learning and community of hundreds of children and families.
