About Us Our story begins in Hebron, Palestine, where passion for food and hard work shaped a lifelong journey. With over 22 years of culinary experience, our founder started humbly as a dishwasher, learning every part of the kitchen from the ground up. Through dedication and perseverance, he worked his way up to become a chef in Tel Aviv, gaining hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-level kitchens.
