Kais Bouzidi Originating from Paris, France, Kaïs Bouzidi grew up in a family of restaurateurs and began his career in the restaurant industry working alongside his father. After learning the fundamentals of hospitality in Paris, he moved to San Francisco at the age of 21, where he immersed himself in the local food culture and market.
