FOUR GENERATIONS OF BAKING EXPERIENCE The art of our fine Italian baking comes from our family business that started in Caserta, Italy, almost a century ago. Our grandparents came with treasured baking recipes to the United States, settling in Brooklyn, N.Y and opening Premiata Pastry. The tradition remains with us, from generation to generation. Owner Joe and brother Robert "Bobby" brought their trade from Brooklyn to Norwalk, CT.
