About Us Brothers Restaurant was established in 1987 when two siblings embarked on a journey to serve San Francisco the best quality traditional Korean cuisine. We are a family run restaurant by three generations and have served our patrons from the same location over the last 30+ years. All our produce is locally sourced and we make our own banchan, fresh daily. Our dwen-jang (Korean traditional soybean paste) is also made in-house with a process that can take up to 6 months.
