About Us Founded by Tausif and Diyanah, a Midwesterner and Singaporean husband-and-wife duo, Kopi Cowboy Coffee is an homage to the rich coffee culture of The Lion City. The couple left Brooklyn during the pandemic, following their passion for that elusive perfect cup of kopi, and eventually settled in Southeast Asia. Tausif took barista classes in Singapore and apprenticed with a Kopi Master at the Haig Road hawker centre.
