The Melt Story In 2014, MELT founder Kari Crowe-Seher figured out what was missing from DFW: premium small batch, high-quality ice cream! Our house made ice creams are made with a high percentage of butterfat to give them a depth of creaminess, they are made in limited batches with the highest quality dairy and all-natural ingredients.
